In
1967 Wim Crouwel published designs for a “new alphabet” and these were
constructed from straight lines. He then looked past tradition and moved to
displaying his letters on video screens.

tools of typography were given more light in the mid 1980’s with the help of
printers and personal computers.

Zuzana
Licko started creating typefaces in 1985 with the help of desktop systems that
had a rough grain design.
